Groove Alliance is a nine-piece dance and show band that is built around the dynamic vocals of Mike Greene. Greene is a spirited, positive frontman with a strong and clear tenor voice.  He is a natural singer, bandleader, and entertainer. Mike’s presentation skills are unmatched by any other professional working vocalist in New England.

Whether performing a Rockin funk tune or an upbeat and fun Michael Buble tune, Mike's energy and delivery will simply knock you off your feet.

The rhythm section is made up of the groovin' backbeat of Steve Carter (Mamas & the Papas), and Kevin Norris on bass. Add to that Ray Martini (The EDGE, Herb Reed and the Platters) on keyboards and vocals, and Jesse Silva (Rhythm Coalition) on guitars and vocals.

The veteran all-star horn section includes Pat Wroge on the saxophones, Steve Price (Wicked Big Band) on lead trumpet, and section leader Jim Robins (Infractions) on trombone.

Whether it's a challenging arrangement of a Chicago song, or a fun, funky send-up of a KC and the Sunshine Band disco hit, this well-rehearsed, talented band plays tight and hot, and can deliver ballads or up beat dance numbers with equal skill and style.
